Below, the great adventure
The bike ride.4/19 35 miles or so, I went from Menai Bridge back in a circle. The others started in Tal y Bont. And of course ended in a pub. Marketa Caravolas, (in Psychology at Bangor), is my connection to these "Wednesday Wheelers" from Liverpool; also source of the extra bike and helmet.

Not quite ready for the Tour de France.

Don't let anyone tell you it's not hilly on Anglesey.
Time for a break at Red Wharf Bay (Ship's Inn behind the camera man.)
That's my bike getting a minor overhaul--more gears. Put to immediate use on the hill out of Red Wharf Bay. (Me, in red, still struggling uphill.) See the others smiling!
Railtrail and bike route at reservoir near Llangefni. And of course, at the pub. (Marketa in yellow.)
